This fine art print features an original pencil drawing of falling cotton seeds. The drawing is part of The Ropa Blanca (White Clothing) art project by Juliana Silva. It tells stories about a cotton textile created by a group of rural women in Colombia. These women have revived traditional techniques for growing, spinning, and weaving used by the Guane People, an indigenous group that no longer exists. The project aims to explore the various moments and stories associated with a hand-crafted canvas.
The artwork is printed on 235 gsm matte finish paper using high-quality inks. It is acid-free certified to avoid paper degradation.
The art print is a limited edition of 20 prints and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
